Chestnut Grove Rest Home is set in Lostock, Preston, providing high-quality person-centred care to our residents 24/7.
Residents and visitors can access Wifi from anywhere within the property. The Home is set in a quiet location with secluded gardens away from any main roads and noise pollution, with a large garden with seating for our residents to enjoy the outdoors with family and friends.
The staff currently help arrange a wide range of activities for individuals to get involved in, including sensory activities, special occasion parties and shopping trips.
We have an amazing staffing team, with a combined experience, who genuinely care about our residents and strive to ensure that they are made to feel included, valued and safe.
